Welcome

If you’re carrying a constant weight of anxiety, or feeling lonely in your closest relationships, it’s incredibly exhausting.  These patterns can lead to feeling stuck and not knowing which way to turn. You don't have to carry this alone; therapy can help pinpoint what's lead you to where you are now and how to shake that feeling of being stuck.

I offer a consistent relationship where we can build a sense of safety and gently explore your worries.

My aim is to support you in healing and your personal growth. Our sessions can take place indoors, outdoors or online. If you have any questions about which option feels suitable for you, give me a call or drop me an email to arrange a free chat about next steps.

Counselling and Psychotherapy

Individual Therapy

Individual counselling sessions are tailored to your unique needs and provide a confidential space for us to work together to explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges.

I work with two main approaches to psychotherapy; Gestalt allows us to focus on the 'here and now', building on the awareness of what is occurring in your relationships, and Psychodynamic therapy creates the opportunity for us to investigate how past experiences influence your response to current situations. I also incorporate practical coping strategies for functioning. Through this integration, we can identify patterns and choice moving forwards.

Is Therapy for Me?

Deciding whether psychotherapy is the right choice for you can feel overwhelming, but it's important to remember that seeking help is a sign of strength. Therapy can be beneficial if you're facing challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or major life changes. It provides a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings with me while I listen and support. If you often find yourself feeling overwhelmed, struggling to cope with daily life, or wanting to understand yourself better, therapy might be a valuable option. Everyone’s journey is different, and taking the step to seek support can lead to personal growth and improved mental well-being.
